Welcome to the Hamptons Center

The Hamptons Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is located on 9 acres of property in Southampton, New York. We are a 280 bed, Skilled Nursing Facility offering quality medical care to all of our residents. Board Certified physicians and licensed nursing staff offer specialized and unparalleled care. Our experienced rehabilitation specialists work closely with each individual to help meet their goals for recovery.

We realize that a vital part of creating a therapeutic and restorative environment is satisfying our resident’s personal needs. Here at The Hamptons Center, we are focused on making every individual feel at home. Each resident is treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.

At The Hamptons Center, we recognize the importance of one's dignity and sense of independence. Our entire staff is committed to the physical, psychological, and social needs of each resident. Our professional staff is aware that every resident is unique and special. With that in mind, treatment plans are designed to meet the needs of each individual. No detail is too small.

Our short-term Sub Acute Program is designed to meet the needs of residents requiring post-acute hospital rehabilitation services. Our goal is to ensure that each of our residents achieves and maintains an optimal level of functioning and independence through quality rehabilitation and educational programming.

Our focus is to design an individual program to meet both realistic goals and resident expectations. This is achieved by including both the resident and family in the treatment planning process. Our clinical team will ensure a smooth transition during this process and our Licensed Clinical Social Workers will assist in making appropriate discharge arrangements.
