Admissions

Welcome to the Hamptons Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation, located in the beautiful village of Southampton, close to many restaurants, beaches, and more.

Our admissions office would be more than happy to schedule a tour with you.  Our Admissions representatives are available Monday- Friday to show you around our facility, answer any questions, and help you decide if the Hamptons Center is right for you or your loved one. We also accommodate walk-ins!

Please feel free to contact us at (631) 702-1000 Ext: 1009 and ask for our Admissions Director, Aaron Woods, to schedule your time with us. Medicare, Medicaid, third party insurance, and private pay are all accepted methods of payment for the services provided at the Hamptons Center.
